Public Health Messages to parents, pupils, students & teachers
It is important that you follow the public health advice CATCH IT, BIN IT, KILL IT which you may have seen on television and is in the leaflet sent to all homes.
CATCH IT – always use a tissue to sneeze in
BIN IT – dispose of the tissue immediately in a bin
KILL IT – wash your hands thoroughly using soap and water frequently
It should be noted that almost all cases of this disease in the Birmingham area and nationally have been mild, and have not required hospitalisation of those infected.
